Thank You Kindly Cookshop Opens at Bicyclette Cookshop!
Meet, Thank You Kindly Cookshop, a new grab & go boutique sandwich concept by the team Bicyclette Cookshop. Available from 10:30am-3:30pm, their menu features four hot and four cold sandwiches that you can pre-order online, pick up a few minutes later, and then head straight to the beach (or perhaps just back to work). If you’re headed to the shore, you can even pick up a bottle of wine or canned cocktail while you’re there. With James Beard nominee Chef Kayla Pfeiffer and her talented culinary team behind this menu, you already know these sandwiches are something special!
It’s as creative as it gets - think homemade mortadella made of tuna, a Cubano with confit duck and duck burnt ends, or crispy buffalo chicken thighs and skins in a saucy French baguette. And yes, that’s absolutely a throwback to the McSalad Shakers on the menu. We started in order so expect the new sandwich updates to keep coming!
