We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the new menu, and each dish is as visually stunning as it is flavorful, showcasing a perfect harmony of textures and fresh ingredients.

- clams with pickled ramps, fried breadcrumbs and smoked clotted cream

- housemade crumpets with butter and shaved cured tuna
- chicken liver pâté with curried onions and pita
- zucchini salad with humbolt fog, chaat masala chickpea and mint.
