Bicyclette Cookshop’s new menu debuts this Thursday! Chef Kayla and her team were gracious enough to give us a sneak peek of the new snacks, shareables and mains so that we could share them all with you! Each dish as bright and eye-catching as the last with a beautiful harmony of flavors and textures, not one miss in the entire lineup. And getting to hear how each ingredient found it’s way onto the plates and nerding out with Chefs Kayla and Kelly is a heck of a bonus. Bicyclette’s menu continues to be one of the most creative and inspired in Naples, and one of our personal favorites.
We couldn’t have asked for more sitting at their soon-to-be service window as the dishes kept coming out. This unique perspective allowed us to see just how hard the kitchen staff have worked to create a dining experience that you’ll want to repeat again and again.

- pork short rib with smoked ham broth, fava pesto and spruce tips
- jammy eggs topped with toasted bread sabayon and trout roe
- clams with pickled ramps, fried breadcrumbs and smoked clotted cream
- crispy pig ear lettuce wraps with pickled daikon and carrots
- housemade crumpets with butter and shaved cured tuna
- chicken liver pâté with curried onions and pita
- zucchini salad with humbolt fog, chaat masala chickpea and mint.
mains
- coulotte steak katsu with guindilla pepper sabayon and sesame cabbage mille-feuille
- za’atar chicken with charred onion and olive & pita panzanella
- poached halibut wrapped yellow squash and green peppercorn sauce
