Where has @silvasbakery_naples been all our lives? A long overdue visit to this family-owned and operated Venezuelan bakery left us very happy knowing we had a new place to show off to all of you guys.
Even if they weren’t stamped, you’re not going to confuse Silva’s Bakery goods for anyone else’s. Our noms:
🌽 the classic arepa stuffed with queso blanco and shredded beef
🧀 cheese cachapa: a corn cake hiding under a generous layer of shredded queso blanco stuffed with queso de mano.
🥖 ham cachito: a favorite snack growing up! a crescent roll stuffed with chopped ham
🍞 pan andino: a sweetened wheat roll, perfect to pair with your coffee
And for those of you who might be unfamiliar with Venezulean food - don’t be intimidated by their menu, their staff is incredibly friendly and happy to explain what each item is.
