Noodle Saigon
A hidden gem with authentic Vietnamese dishes!
Rarely do we ever get so impressed with a menu as when we visited Noodle Saigon and we flipped through what felt like like never-ending pages of authentic Vietnamese dishes.
This unassuming spot just before the turn onto Old 41 is quite a hidden gem, and we absolutely think this place does not get mentioned enough around here.
Noms’ noms:
🍜Mi Xao Don (Crispy Egg Noodles): one of the most texturally interesting dishes on the menu, the pork and veggies are served on a nest of crispy egg noodles. The noodles in the middle soften to a twirlable consistency and you can get a few crunchy bits from the edges with each forkful.
🍲Pho Beef Noodle Soup: need way say more?
🍤Goi Cuon (Summer Rolls): shrimp, pork, vermicelli noodles and veggies wrapped in rice paper served with a peanut sauce.
It’s a shame it’s usually just the 2 of us when we go out because this is definitely the kind of spot where you bring a whole group of friends and family and order a variety of dishes to share and sample. Do you have any favorite Vietnamese dishes?
