Safe to say this is making it into our regular rotation

Just one meat shy of being able to say “one of each,” we scarfed down some pork belly, chopped pork shoulder, beef brisket, spare ribs and a hot link, while trying to convince ourselves that we were being healthy with a side salad and collard greens. The favorites were the chopped pork shoulder, super moist with light, citrusy juices, and the big, fatty pieces of the point from the Texas-style brisket. And you bet we washed it all down with a pitcher of cold beer.

They have sauces for every taste: Alabama white, traditional BBQ, spicy BBQ, and Carolina mustard. A cup of the Alabama white sauce made it home with the leftovers.

Safe to say this is making it into our regular rotation, alongside with their other spots, @industrypizzaandsliceshop and
@lowbrow_pizza_beer .
