For some of you, Gather needs no introduction, but for those of you who have yet to experience this Cape Coral gem, let us do the honors of telling you about this scratch kitchen with a team that takes immense pride in every dish they serve. Gather is special, and their vibe is something we haven't seen matched in the area. A beautifully approachable waterfront space that you can dress up or down for, and still feel at home. And same for the food, you can pick something fancy or something casual, and you'll leave very happy either way.

Don’t get us started about @chefjohnhill either. His path to Cape Coral goes through New Orleans, a town that we spent the better half of our evening talking with him about and all the relationships he has with chefs from the area. Along with @chefjessicashoemaker and her desserts, and the entire crew behind the bar, everyone takes great pride in curating and balancing flavors on each plate.

🍅Tomato Stracciatella served with heirloom cherry tomatoes, arugula, roasted shallot vinaigrette, Cinco Jota Jamon Iberico (Chef’s Special)

🐖Sous Vide Pork Chop served with charred cabbage, sweet potato puree, bacon aioli

🍄Gnocchi Trifolati served with wild mushrooms, marsala, parmesan streusel

🍤Spicy Shrimp served with chorizo, cilantro, lime, and seared bread

🔥Crispy Brussels Sprouts served with roasted cashews and a sriracha miso glaze
