After months of anticipation, Estia’s doors are open—and we got an exclusive first look during their soft opening! Their menu is a celebration of classic Greek dishes, featuring everything from moussaka and spanakopita to fresh tzatziki, grilled octopus, and house-made baklava. One of the most exciting highlights? A full wood-fire grilled section where you can choose from whole fish, lobster, and other premium seafood options, all cooked to perfection over an open flame.
