Brooklyn Doughās bagels hardly need an introduction in Naples. But for this family business, itās much more than what you see when you snag a bag of bagels in the morning. Itās the 1am wake up calls and the countless hours overseeing the handrolling, boiling and baking of up to 2,300 bagels during the season. Take your pick at one of their never-ending choices of a perfectly baked bagel. Crunchy on the outside, airy and doughy on the inside, slathered generously with the schmear or spread of your choosing. We didnāt realize how badly we needed this bagel until we were biting our way through it.
