Chef Mussa is one of the hardest working business owners in town, and he told us the the trick to these wings starts with his secret seasoning blend. They then take a little bath in the deep-fryer, and once they’re golden delicious, he tosses them in saucy goodness.

Ever had chimichurri wings? Nope? Well, let me tell you you’re missing out, friends. His buffalo wings are also top notch. Old Bay? Garlic Parm? Mango Jerk? Nashville Hot? Chef’s got it all. And not pictured are his highly talked-about fried chicken sandwiches and fried chicken dinners!
